Find a backpack or craft an improvised bag, Burlap sack + rope (6+6 rags = one rope).ħ. Craft a bow and loot some feathers from a chicken coop and craft some arrows by cutting sticks (silent way for taking out infected).Ħ.
Then make a rope by collecting and crafting 6+6 rags.ĥ. As a fresh-spawn the chicken is you best bet at getting bone.Ĥ. Then cut a stick from a tree using the stone-knife (sharp stick is great against infected, also you can craft a spear long stick + bones = spear) Bones from chickens and other animals. Get hydrated and energized from a apple tree. The first few steps as a fresh-spawn should be:Ģ. Make your own story as you go along maybe do a little bit of roleplay and have some fun! Or open your inventory near the item then drag it to a empty slot in your inventory. To pick items up you can either look at them and scroll then press (F by default) or (middle mouse button) to pick a item up. (the road flare will just advertise your position and probably get you killed, how ever it can be useful to light fires with) To do that press (tab by default) and drag and drop the road flare to the box that says vicinity then once you have done that close your inventory and go look for these items: bag, food, drink, weapon, ammo, medical supplies, better clothing.
Now to use your inventoy you can remove the road flare from your inventory. So you will start off as a survivor that has arrived from a sunken ship and ended up on the coast of Chernarus with nothing but the clothes on your back, a road flare and a rag.
